At KeyPal, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our returns and refunds policy as described below.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Please include your order number and name so we can process your return quickly.

2. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product is unused , undamaged and in its original packaging .

• All accessories (such as screwdrivers or parts) are included.

• The return will be shipped within the stated period of 14 days after registration.

Please note: Products showing clear signs of use or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation from us by email.
The refund will be processed within 10 to 20 business days using the same payment method you used to place the order.

Any shipping costs for the original order will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.

4. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Gift cards or digital products

• Products that are custom made or personalized

• Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (if applicable)

5. Damaged or defective products

Did your product arrive damaged or defective? Please contact KeyPalnederland@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt . .
Please include clear photos of the problem so we can quickly provide an appropriate solution — such as a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping costs for returns

The customer is generally responsible for returning the product, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective. In that case, KeyPal will fully reimburse the shipping costs.
