1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, purchases and agreements concluded through the KeyPal Nederland website.
By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product information

We do our utmost to describe and display the products on our website as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in colour, size or finish may occur due to differences in screens or production processes.
KeyPal Nederland cannot be held liable for such minor deviations.

3. Prices and payments

All prices shown on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are always free .

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
We accept secure payment methods such as iDEAL, credit card and other common options offered on the website.

4. Orders and delivery

After receipt of your payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email .
We aim to process orders within 24–48 hours and deliver within 2–5 working days within the Netherlands.

KeyPal is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, carrier errors, or incorrect address information.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt .
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product, provided it is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by:

• Improper use or careless maintenance

• Normal wear and tear

• Adjustments or repairs not carried out by KeyPal

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact KeyPalnederland@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

7. Liability

KeyPal Nederland is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of data arising from the use of our products or website.
In any case, our liability is limited to the amount of the order for the product in question.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and process your data solely in accordance with our Privacy Statement .
By using our services, you agree to the way we collect and use your data as described therein.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of KeyPal Nederland and protected by copyright.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use material from our website without written permission.
